Valencia was the first Calipso studio and it is still the flagship of the house: the one with the greatest volume, the one that rotates the most artists and, with more than 4,300 reviews, the tattoo and piercing studio with the most reviews in the city. It stands at Avinguda de la Constitució 180, in the Rascanya district, next to Benicalap, Marxalenes and Orriols.
Everything happens here, every day: realism, colour, Japanese, fine line, large cover-ups, piercing, permanent makeup and laser tattoo removal. If you are looking for a tattoo studio in Valencia in any style at all, this is the studio with the greatest volume and the widest range of artists in the whole chain.
Where to get tattooed in Valencia
We are in the north of the city, well connected to the centre by metro (Sant Joan de Déu and Machado are close by) and by the EMT bus lines running up Constitució. From Campanar, Benimaclet or the Cabanyal it is a twenty-minute journey.
Valencia brings us everything: people after their first small piece, Erasmus students taking a memory of the city home with them, and clients coming in for a full sleeve spread over several sittings. We give equal care to minimalist fine line and to large-format colour realism.
For groups and hen or stag parties we run combined sessions: write to us in advance and we will book several people back to back on the same day.

Services
Piercing is the service that brings most people through our door, and that is why it is the one we look after most closely. We always pierce with a needle, never with a gun: a gun crushes the tissue and cannot be sterilised. Before we mark anything we study your anatomy, because a badly measured ear will not heal, however good it looks on day one. We work with ASTM F-136 implant-grade titanium and 14-carat gold jewellery, we pierce children's lobes with a needle and proper care throughout, and we book you in for a check-up and a jewellery change when the time comes. Every one of our piercers has over five years of experience.

Hair-stroke and powder brow permanent makeup, eyeliner and lip work, with pigments that fade without turning strange colours. A colour test and a touch-up session are always included. Areola reconstruction for women who have been through breast cancer is free at every one of our studios.

We use a Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser, which fragments the pigment so your body can clear it. It works for complete removal or simply for lightening so a new piece can cover it. The number of sessions depends on the colour, the age of the tattoo and your skin: on your first visit we give you an honest estimate.

We recommend booking, especially for larger pieces. That said, most of our studios take walk-ins for small tattoos and piercings, subject to availability on the day.
